Our Wagyu Cross T-Bone features a tender filet on one side of the T-shaped bone and a flavorful strip steak on the other, delivering a perfect balance of texture and rich, beef-forward taste. Slightly smaller than a porterhouse, it’s ideal for those who want classic Wagyu flavor in a versatile, manageable cut.

Our cattle are pasture raised, grain fed, and never given growth hormones. All meat is state inspected and carefully custom cut to a generous 1" thickness, bringing consistent tenderness, flavor, and a true farm-to-table experience.
